I recently came across this on a mixtape I found online. I haven’t really listened to this since the halcyon days of the late 1990s/early 2000s and was struck by how profound a statement the song and video really made. A reminder to all of us to avoid passing judgement on others, because we don’t know the situations they’re in and we definitely don’t know their standing in the eyes of God. Insya-Allah.
