Something I’ve given some thought to is registering for races just to give myself something to train for. My stamina has seriously gone down over the past year or so. I don’t think I’m fit enough anymore to run distances further than 5km as yet, but I’m planning to work my way up to distances of 10km and further. Insya-Allah.

Yes, it is crazy to want to take part in two runs in one day, even if one is in the morning and the other in the afternoon. But it’s so crazy it just might work. Right?
